Day 1:
Amman (No meals) Arrive at Amman Airport where
our representative will meet and assist you
through customs and then you claim your baggage.
You will be transferred to your selected hotel
for a free evening. Overnight at your Hotel.
Day 2:
Amman – Dead Sea- Amman (B) After breakfast you
will visit the Roman Amphitheatre which dated
back to the second century AD, the Roman Ruins
of the Citadel Hill and the Archaeological
Museum. In the afternoon you will drive of the
main road until you reach the Dead Sea the
lowest spot on the Earth Surface (1306 feet
below sea level). The Dead Sea is 46 miles long
and 310 miles wide with no outlets. It is a
scenic oddity by day it is silvery blue, and by
the night it glistens in the moonlight.
Overnight at your hotel.
Day 3:
Amman - Desert Castles - Amman (B) After
breakfast travel to visit the Desert Castles
built by early Islamic Ummayyad Caliphs in the
seventh and eighth Centuries A.D. Here are some
of the best preserved examples of Ummayyad Art
and architecture, including castles, baths,
mosques, water and agricultural systems, mosaic
floors and painted wall frescoes. Overnight at
your hotel.
Day 4:
Amman - Jerash – Ajloun – Amman (B) After
breakfast you will travel north out of Amman to
the city of Jerash (which was known as the city
of a 1,000 Pillars). You will then visit the
Triple Arched Gate, the Huge Hippodrome, the
Theatre and the only Roman Forum surrounded by
63 Ionic columns, continue onto the imposing
Arab Castle of Qalaat El Rabad, from where the
forces of Salahedin (Saladin) launched their
successful campaigns against the Crusader.
Overnight at you hotel.
Day 5:
Amman - Mt.Nebo - Madaba - Kerak – Petra (B)
After breakfast check out of your hotel and
drive southward along the King's Highway (one of
the oldest trade routes in the world which runs
200 miles along Jordan's hilly backbone). You
will make a stop at the Byzantine Church of Mt.
Nebo and then proceed to Madaba where you will
see a unique Mosaic Map of Palestine. You will
visit the Great Crusaders Castles of Kerak and
continue to Petra for the night. Overnight at
you hotel.
Day 6:
Petra – Wadi Rum (B D) Start the visit with a
horse ride from the main gate of Petra to the
entrance of the old city. Then walk on foot to
visit the rose-red city of Petra.- City of the
Edomites and later the Nabateans who carved a
breathtaking empire out of the solid mountain
rock hidden by a canyon. You will visit the
Treasury, Theatre Tombs, Hall of Justice and
Palaces. In the late afternoon you will leave
Petra for Wadi Rum which is well know from the
movie “Lawrence of Arabia” you will stay for an
unforgettable night camping with the traditional
Bedoins including dinner and party . Overnight
at your Camp.
Day 7:
Wadi Rum – Aqaba (B) After breakfast, tour by
jeep in the desert of Wadi Rum then continue to
the City of Aqaba and overnight at your hotel.
Day 8:
Aqaba - Amman (B) After Breakfast, you will
leave Aqaba by bus and transfer to Amman. Arrive
Amman and transfer to the Amman Airport for your
departure flight.
